Rental Charges
Rental charges are quoted per property per week in sterling for holidays taken in 2012 unless otherwise stated.
INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL CHARGE ARE:
• Maid Service (as specified)
• Bed Linen and Towels (changed once per week)
• Gas and Electricity charges (unless otherwise stated)
• Pool Maintenance and Cleaning where relevant
If there are any additional charges, this is stated alongside the Rental charge box. It is often possible to reserve cots, high-chairs, fans, food packs and extra beds for which there may be a supplement which is usually payable locally; please ask at the time of booking or see the relevant Site Guide.
N.B. Week numbers are used to determine Rental Charges and are quoted in the relevant price panels along with a departure date range. Please click onto the week number calculator by each price panel.
SHORT BREAKS
It is possible, at most sites to book a 3 or 4 night stay and charges are quoted in the relevant price panels. Unless otherwise stated, 3 nights run from Friday to Sunday and 4 nights from Monday to Thursday.
SECURITY OF PAYMENTS
All payments are made to HSBC Trustee (Guernsey) Limited, part of the HSBC Group. HSBC Trustee (Guernsey) Limited holds all funds separately from Stately Holiday Cottages and the various other companies in the HPB Group. Therefore, in the unlikely event of any HPB Group company getting into financial difficulties, such funds would not be available to their creditors.
