The historic and picturesque town of Bradford-on-Avon, with its delightful shops and restaurants, is wonderfully situated on the banks of the River Avon, an easy half hour's drive from Bath. Within an hour's drive are stately homes, spectacular gardens, historic sites and impressive landscapes.

The major attraction of Bradford-on-Avon is its late 10th century Saxon church, which is surrounded by historic listed stone buildings including the Grade II listed Teddy Bear Cottage. Situated in Upper Church Street, originally a late medieval barn, the cottage has been meticulously renovated to offer superb three storey accommodation with landscaped, steep, terraced garden with shaded patio area.

Entrance hall. Sitting room with TV/DVD, gas fired stove and doors to an enclosed patio, furnished inner hall, and shower room. Kitchen/dining room with gas fired 'Stanley' range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, with steep stairs to twin bedroom on the middle floor which has the use of the ground floor shower room. Off the inner hall are steep, narrow stairs leading to the middle floor with a study, double bedroom and bathroom. More steep stairs lead to the upper floor twin (which shares the middle floor bathroom) with a spectacular view over the old town.

Parking for up to two cars is adjacent to the cottage.
